eduROV is a project based in Trondheim, Norway. The ROV-kit has an interesting backstory coming through the local maker-community before being further developed by a small team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. It is currently maintained as a hobby project. Expect to be able to order PCB's, but further development is currently on hold.
